Ice Brew of Ronnefeldt tea – very easy to prepare

A double-walled pitcher or tumbler is best suited for the so-called “shocking” of tea. Those who don’t have a heat-resistant receptacle should place a stainless steel spoon in the glass before pouring the hot liquid over the ice.
Teapot or heat resistant glass receptacle
Tea sieve or filter paper – The tea needs space to unfold!
4 tsp. Tea - the so called double infusion: twice the usual amount of tea
400 ml boiling water
Ice cubes
Place the tea in a pot or heat-resistant carafe, pour over 400 ml boiling water and let it draw. Place the ice cubes in 2 glasses and then pour in the warm tea. This simple iced tea can be consumed immediately. It lends itself wonderfully to the addition of flavour and aroma with honey, juice, flavoured syrup or sugar syrup.

Morgentau® & Mango

There is really only one choice for this iced tea: Ronnefeldt Morgentau® tea with mango and lemon.

Earl Grey Granita

According to a frequently told story the name originates from the 1830s and the then governing British Prime Minister Charles Grey who ordered exquisite tea from China. On a stormy sea the tea was mixed with Bergamot oil, which was also transported on the cargo ship. The Earl was elated by this “aromatization”, and in the meantime this black tea with Bergamot aroma is a favorite around the world.
