THE One has been participating in the Great Place to Work® program since 2010, and the company has been recognised as one of the region’s Best Places to Work since 2010.
On August 3rd, Great Place to Work® (GPTW) unveiled its list of the top workplaces in the Middle East (GCC) for 2023. THE One is delighted to have secured the top spot in the Best Workplaces Middle East rankings for medium-sized organisations. Later in the same month, GPTW announced its Best Workplaces in Asia rankings, where THE One claimed the No.1 position in Qatar and secured No.4 in the Medium and Small Category for the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
When it comes to work culture in the region, it is critical to understand the differences between countries, as each has its own unique traits and traditions.
